Zepka is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation and prohibiting the use of its services for any activity that places children at risk.
This Child Safety Standards and CSAM Prevention Policy establishes the safety requirements applicable to Zepka, including its video chat, dating, messaging, profile, and other available features. It sets out prohibited conduct, reporting procedures, potential enforcement measures, and the contact channel for child safety concerns.

The following activities are prohibited on Zepka:

• Grooming, manipulating, coercing, threatening, or attempting to establish exploitative relationships with children for sexual purposes.
• Using video calls, private messages, profile information, or other application features to arrange or facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
• Encouraging, organizing, promoting, or assisting child sexual abuse, child trafficking for sexual exploitation, or other unlawful exploitation of children.
• Attempting to evade these restrictions by using alternate accounts, misleading descriptions, coded communications, or other methods to facilitate prohibited conduct.
Violations of these rules are treated as serious safety matters and may lead to account termination and other appropriate action.
4. Prevention and Safety Responsibilities
Zepka's child safety standards are designed to prevent the application from being used to exploit or endanger children.
All users are required to respect the adults-only restriction and refrain from any conduct involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or CSAM. Users must not use Zepka to solicit prohibited material, direct others to sources of such material, or arrange activities intended to harm children.
Zepka may assess child safety concerns when they are brought to its attention, including through user reports or other available information. The response to a concern depends on the nature of the report, the information available, the seriousness of the suspected violation, and any applicable legal obligations.
These standards do not represent a claim that every video call or private interaction is continuously monitored. Users must not assume that prohibited content or conduct is permitted simply because it has not been detected or reported.

Please do not attach, download, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM when submitting a report. Provide relevant account identifiers and a description of the concern instead.
Reports are assessed according to their content and seriousness. Additional information may be considered when necessary to understand the reported conduct and determine an appropriate response.
